Orthopaedic report 9 December 1949 for Ministry of National Insurance concludes: 'I feel that most of his trouble is fear, and prolonged disuse. I think he has had too much treatment and not enough work.' The Appeal was against Medical Board giving a 2 per cent disablement assessment from January to April 1950. Followed by a claim for Special Hardship Allowance which was successful |
