According to handwritten notes the claimant has trouble sleeping and has not worked since 5 February 1951. The note states 'Previous to acd work 16 years without a holiday apart from stat holiday.' There are more detailed handwritten notes regarding the accident dated 6 May 1952, some relating to a 'tippler.' There are notes marked in red {omitted from claimant's copy) on the Medical Board Reports stating 'Mentally - Introspective - very sorry for himself' and notes relating to his mental condition, including a Psychiatrist's report. It is noted that 'The patient looks old for his years.' |
