Description
Correspondence regarding individual compensation cases and the activities of the National Committee of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Colliery Workers Supplementary Scheme and its East Midlands equivalent. The file also includes a schedule for payments to certain persons in receipt of Workmen's Compensation published by the National Coal Board (NCB) in May 1950, and reports and accounts, published by the NCB in November 1952, of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Colliery Workers' Supplementary Scheme, the Mineworkers' Special Fatal Accident Scheme and the National Coal Board Scheme for Supplementary Payments to Certain Persons in Receipt of Workmen's Compensation for 1951.
