Further information: Tribunal adjourned 28 May 1959. Accident in 1952 had affected one knee but by 1959 both knees were causing pain and osteo-arthritis was diagnosed. In a medical on 1 April 1959 it was noted 'Any disability he has is exaggerated to the point of absurdity - on asking him to stand on tip toe or squat, he then went through a cha-cha routine!!!'
