On 28 October 1959 he was examined and it was reported that 'he was not incapable of work as a miner.' He was examined by his doctor on 31 October 1955 and given a final certificate. Injury benefit was disallowed from 30 October 1959 to 31 October 1959. The appeal was allowed on 15 December 1959. In the Findings of the Tribunal it states 'When he tried to work on 2 and 3rd November he broke down and has been off work since.' |
