Special Hardship Allowance, in addition to injury and thereafter disablement benefit, was paid until 25 February 1958. It was disallowed by the Insurance Office on the advice of the Medical Board that he was now fit for his regular occupation, although Doctor's advice was that he was unable to work in a crounching position. The appeal was allowed on 22 April 1958. |
