On return to work after the accident the claimant worked in a variety of mining occupations. Claimant did not attend 23 February hearing so an adjournment was asked for. claimant's grounds of appeal: ' my knee will not Let me Take no other work only Light Work Keeps Proving Fatal [...] I can Take only Standing Up light work [...] My knee is no good.'
