Osteo-arthritis is not the result of beat knee but osteo-arthritis aggravated by occupational trauma might give rise to beat knee' 'Mr Kitts says it is not unusual in this industry for arthritis to follow beat knee, beat elbow or beat wrist' in proceedings report. (Mr Kitts was the Compensation Agent). Final decision was that an appeal to the Commissioner would not be supported. |
