Claimant's grounds of appeal included: ' my septic heel was caused while at work, through the chafing of my pit boot [...] my Injury was brought about through following my employment and would not have happened otherwise'. The Insurance Officer appeal to Commissioner against the decision of the tribunal on the grounds that Wood had not established that his injury had not arisen 'out of and in the course of his employment'.
