Grant from Francis Bracknocke of Spondon gentleman to William Buckeley of Derby gentleman of Ireland close with the orchard and appurtenances late in occupation of Francis Leek knight, and of St Leonards Close which William Moore junior had of Edward Osborne of London citizen and merchant, both of which Francis Bracknocke had of William Moore of Derby, draper, and William his son and heir apparent by deed dated 26 Mar 19 Elizabeth.
