Title
Both parts of grant of annuity of £42 10s by Brabazon Hallowes of Glapwell esq (eldest son and heir of Thomas Hallowes esq) to Anna or Anne Hallowes of Nottingham spinster, in consideration of her having discharged Brabazon from the payment to her of sums of £300 and £200, due to her from the estates of her brothers Samuel and Nathaniel both deceased, the annuity to be paid from a messuage with lands in Glapwell, Hucknall, Bramley, Bolsover and Scarcliffe in Roger Hollingworth's tenure at a rent of £84 per annum.
Recites an agreement of 6 Aug 1718 between Elizabeth Hallowes widow and son Thomas for payment of £500 each to his brothers and sisters, that the sums of £300 and £200 due to Anna from her brothers are part of their sums of £500 each under the agreement, that Anna's £500 has not been paid and that she has agreed to leave it in Brabazon's hands at interest of 3½% until she calls it in, 14 Apr
