Title
Lease by John Wullhowese of Glapwell gent to Margaret his wife of his manor of Glapwell with appurtenances for 21 years from Martinmas last past, paying him an annual rent of £2. John may enter the property if the rent is unpaid. Margaret is responsible for repairs and may use any wood from the estate for these, providing there is no waste. If she dies before the end of 21 years, this lease shall become void the Martinmas after her death, in which case John may enter the property. Endorsed that if Isabel Woolhouse, daughter of John, is not disposed to marry, or does not marry during the full term of the lease, then she shall have sufficient food, drink, clothes and other necessaries at Margaret's expense
