Title
Conditions of sale of freehold and copyhold estates at Bonsall and Matlock, namely lot 44, estates which were formerly the property of Elizabeth Turnor of Stoke Rochford in co. Lincoln, and by her will of 2 January 1761were devised to Alexander Dury of Hadley in co. Middlesex, esq., Appended is an agreement between Theodore Henry Dury of Derby, esq., and Walter Mather Shore Evans as the purchaser of Lot 44 at the sum of £1,386 11s. Dated 8 September
