Lincoln, and by her will of 2 January 1761were devised to Alexander Dury of Hadley in co. Middlesex, esq., Appended is an agreement between Theodore Henry Dury of Derby, esq., and Walter Mather Shore Evans as the purchaser of Lot 44 at the sum of £1,386 11s. Dated 8 September
