Title
Declaration of Brooke Turner of Grays Inn in co. Middlesex, gent. Since the death of Thomas Lowndes, late of Barrington Hall in co. Essex esq., in the year 1840 he has acted on behalf of Sir Richard Paul Jodrell, Baronet, and Sir Thomas Maryon Wilson, Baronet, the trustees and executors of the will of the said Thomas Lowndes. Messrs. Crompton Newton and Company Bankers of Chesterfield, the Receivers (on behalf of the owners) of the rents of the estate have from time to time since the decease of the said Thomas Lowndes paid to the said Sir Richard Paul Jodrell and Sir Thomas Maryon Wilson have during the aforesaid period, received and applied such one eighth parts of the rents and profits on the trusts of the will of the said Thomas Lowndes, deceased, for the benefit of the persons entitled thereto under the said will without any interruption or claim by any other person.
