Memorandum of agreement by which Thomas Gell of Manchester, cotton spinner, Anthony Buxton of Leawood in pa. Ashover, journeyman hatter, and Hannah his wife, have sold to Mr Samuel Taylor of Leicester one undivided third part or share of all those four closes or pieces of land (formerly in two) in the parish of Matlock, situated in Matlock Wood and now in the occupation of Thomas Boden and Thomas Pearson together with the appurtenances, for the sum of £105.
