Title
Particulars agreed upon at a meeting at Matlock Old Bath relating to the poor that are to be sent to Ashover poor house and to the poor in the sundry parishes concerned in the said poor house. It was agreed that the articles there exhibited should be signed by the parties and sent to the next sessions to be signed by the Justices. Grown up persons were to have one shilling per week and children under the age of seven six pence per week. All that required more were to be sent to the said poor house. Paupers dying in the poor house were to be buried at the public expense and those paupers who died in the parishes were to be allowed from the public fund 10s each for interring. Dated 29 March.
