DescriptionIn consideration of the sum of £8 2s., of all that plot or piece of freehold land situated at Upper Wood in pa. Matlock containing by admeasurement 1 rood 1 perch. and being part of a close or piece of land numbered 2471 on the map or plan made on the commutation of the tithes of the parish of Matlock called the Upper Pasture and now or late in the occupation of Richard Walker and also a right of road way and passage to and for the said Samuel Skidmore on a piece of land being part of a close numbered 2478 on the said plan, commencing at the gate or entrance leading from the highway into the same close near or adjoining the garden now or late belonging to Charles Potter and containing from thence along or near to the southwardly fence of the said garden up to the corner of the fence separating a close of land belonging to Mr John Skidmore from the land numbered 2478 on the said plan from which point a right of road was formerly used and enjoyed through the land of the said John Skidmore to the said piece of land hereby conveyed.
