Articles of agreement between 1. Thomas Saxton, joiner and carpenter and 2. Thomas Browne, John Charnel Browne, John Barker, John Balguy, William Bateson and Joseph Dannah, reciting that those of the second part have the roof of the chancel to keep in repair, and have contracted with Saxton to erect pews in the chancel to reimburse them, Saxton agrees to erect the pews (method of construction described) for £31 10s. 0d.
