Exemplification of entry on court roll of manor of Shirland, recording presentment of Thomas Siddall as having died since the last court seized of a messuage built on the North Croft in Higham, which land was surrendered to the uses of his will dated 25 Aug 1783, which devised to his two sons John and Thomas the messuage in which his son Robert then lived, equally in common for their lives, and after to John son of John, and William son of Thomas; also admission of Thomas to half the premises in the same court
