TitleExecutors’ estate account and papers relating to estate of Charles John Smilter, deceased, late of Bath House, Buxton (formerly of the Crescent Hotel), including copy will dated 14 Dec 1927. Amongst his legacies was one ‘to the Vicar and Churchwardens of the Parish of Buxton the sum of one hundred pounds and it is my desire that they shall keep in order my family grave in St John’s Churchyard’.
