Conveyance by Henry, 5th Earl of Huntingdon and others to William Wilder of Chellaston yeoman in consideration of £65 17s. 11d. paid to the Earl, of a moiety of a messuage or farm at Chellaston (tenants William Wilder and Mary Robinson als. Randall) and of all outhouses and 42 acres arable in the common fields and of 6 1/2 acres meadow, subject to an annual rent of 25s. 6d. to the crown. 6th May 20 Jas 1
