Description
Whereas at the request of Henrie, 3rd Earl of Huntingdon, they have become indebted to various persons for divers great sums of money borrowed for the Earl and are likewise to enter into similar bonds in if any of the parties shall die before the said money is repaid, then the surviving parties will save and keep harmless the heirs of the said deceased parties from any claims in respect of the said sums of money. 9 May
