Title
Articles of agreement between Robert Botham, yeoman of Overend, parish of Ashover and Charles Alsop, also yeoman of Overend. Recites a quit claim by Charles Alsop in respect of his wife Elizabeth's jointure of one third part of a messuage called Storth house farm, the lands called the Storth, the Cow Close and the Storth Wood and a cottage in the possession of Judith Tompson.

Robert Botham will pay Charles Alsop an annual rent of £1.10s during the lifetime of Elizabeth Alsop, 22 Jun. Endorsed with accounts of payments as wages for walling, ? flushing the dams, and working at the mill, and equipment, including candles, and cloth. Part of bundle D161/BOX/6/44-92
