Copy articles of partnership between Francis William Roper of the Cross, Bonsall, quarry manager, and Ernest Robert Spencer of the Dale, Bonsall, lead miner, to carry on the business of stone getters and quarrymen for a term of 3 years, the Parish Quarry, Bonsall, having been leased to them by George Henry Key of Cromford at £20 pa - Roper to receive £3 per week before the division of the profits
