Rauff to convey estates in Staffordshire worth 46s 8d to trustees to use of Eliz for life as jointure, with remainder to Jn and joint issue. Rauff's other lands in Derbyshire and Staffordshire to be settled to use of Rauff for life with reversion to Jn & Eliz and heirs. Rauff to clothe Jn, meet expense of Wether wedding guests and keep Jn, Eliz and any children for first two years of marriage; Hy to clothe Eliz and meet expenses of Columbell wedding guests and give 20 ewes and 2 cows
