Lease and mortgage in fee by way of release by John Milward of Ashbourne, gent and Joseph Dean of Ashbourne, gent to Thomas Evans of Derby, iron-monger, in consideration of £1,000, of a messuage in Snelston and several parcels of land, all of which premises were formerly called the Over Farm, and all other lands and tenements of the said John Milward and Joseph Dean in Snelston, except two parcels of land lying in two different fields containing by estimation about three acres and a small piece of land called the Thirty Acres containing by estimation about half an acre, 2-3 Feb 1767
