Assignment of a lease for the remainder of a term of 99 years by Edmund Evans of Derby, gent, to Uriah Woodhouse of Hilton, farmer, in consideration of a yearly rent of £10 10s, of three parcels of land in Hilton containing 13 acres 1 rood 21 perches which were allotted to John Chafy by the Hilton Inclosure Award of 5 May 1781 and a parcel of ground in Hilton called Mattholme Butts containing 3 acre 2 roods 16 perches which by the said Award was given in exchange by Isaac Hawkins to John Chafy
