Conveyance by Samuel Frost of Snelston, yeoman, (son of Solomon Frost, late of Snelston, yeoman, deceased) to John Harrison of Snelston Hall, esq, in consideration of £1,000, of messuages on part of Ralph's Croft, three closes known as the Fow Sitch, the Fow Sitch Intake, otherwise the Clover Piece and the Pingle, two closes known as the Old Stubble and the Upper Croft and reputed to contain together 4a 2r, two closes of land called the Hemp Butt or Ralph's Croft and Bear Croft and a piece of land called the Stubble, and surrender by Francis Critchlow and Samuel Frost to John Harrison, esq, of a term of 500 years, 29 May
