Assignment and confirmation of a mortgage by Philip Case, Edward Everard and Henry Bell, all of Kings Lynn, co Norfolk, esquires (executors of the will of Samuel Browne late of Kings Lynn, merchant, deceased), and George Cowlishaw, late of Frampton, co Lincoln but now of Shardlow, farmer (son of John Cowlishaw, late of Shardlow, gent, deceased) to John Harrison of Derby, gent, in consideration of £267 10s, for the residue of a term of 1,000 years, of a messuage in Aston upon Trent, a parcel of ground called Bingham Green in Shardlow, and a parcel of meadow ground in Castle Donnington, co Leicester, commonly called Mike Holme, containing by estimation 3 acres, 25 Apr 1791
