Title
Agreement between Barnabas Burrows of Hilton farmer and William Emery of Hilton, miller, and William Morley of Stinson, farmer, by which, in consideration of £770 Burrows and Emery agree to convey to Morley a messuage called the Mill house situated in Hilton containing by estimation about 1 acre 3 roods, and also three closes or pieces of land situated in Hilton in pa Marston upon Dove known as the Croft, the Mill Butts and the Nether Meadow or Bottom Piece containing by estimation about 10 acres in total and a messuage situated in Hilton lying near to the first mentioned messuage
