Hope Church of England School
Administrative History
A Church of England School was established in Hope in 1860. From 1903 it was administered by Derbyshire County Council as the Local Education Authority. Hope School also served as an observation station for Derwent Valley rainfall.
Custodial History
These items were transferred to the Record Office in 1978.
