Bundle labelled on outside as the thirty eighth bnndle containing attested copy of conveyance with enfrachisement by lease and release dated 7 January 1796 from RP Jodrell to Joseph Walker and Abraham Walker of a house and land in Turnditch , which was forfeited, with another sub-bundle of proceedings rregarding the forfeited estate of Joseph Walker at Turnditch in 1794, which was enfranchised in 1796
