| Administrative History | The residue of his estate was left upon trust to establish four almshouses to be called Bland's Almshouses for the residence and use of poor persons resident in the parish of Sandiacre. He also made two bequests to the church, one of £100 towards repairs to organ and heating apparatus and a further £100 towards the fund being raised for a Mission Church |
