Donated to Derbyshire Record Office in 1972. Further material was subsequently found in the strongroom in 1991 and added. The initial series of bills etc was numbered in more or less date order. Rather than alter the numbers, the material found later has been numbered consecutively after the first gift, again in date order. The list and documents are arranged in date order by years.
