Description | Reciting that Gilbert Mundy and Mary his wife are entitled to the reversion of one seventh, expectant upon the death of Sarah Mellor, widow, and have sold the same to Toplis for £147 - Gell and Mundy to stand seised to the premises upon trusts, viz one seventh to the use of Wigley, one seventh, to the use of Disney, one seventh to the use of Rebecca Mellor and two sevenths to the use of Toplis |
