Reciting bargain and sale by Henry, Earl of Kent and Elizabeth his wife to Allestree and Buxton (1633) to (among other things) two messuages at Lea in the occupation of William Alsopp and John Bolsover - and reciting assurance of the messuages by Thomas Babington of Leicester of Allestree and Buxton (1633) in trust to the use of George Spateman of Tansley, Robert Wilcockson of Wheatcroft, Jeremie Roades of Plaistow and William Tomlinson of Plaistow, yeomen, in pursuance of the said trust and on the direction of Spateman and others of the said two messuages at Lea
