DescriptionClaims to be seized of fifteen twenty first parts of the manor of Dethick, of two thirds parts of Lea Mill and two third parts of messuages in Lea (annual value £191) and to be entitled to fifteen twenty first parts of the annual rent - Humphry Marshall claims to have three twenty first parts and the other three are held by William Hallowes, his uncle - Marshall has had possession of his own share and has enjoyed £36 10s worth of the shares of Thomas and William, for which he has paid rent - Marshall has cut down great quantities of timber and committed great waste by ploughing and has confederated with Isaac Wilkinson and others of Hallowes' tenants and refuses to account with Hallowes for the rent, timber etc. (incomplete)
