Bassnell, in Maryland (1735); Edward Bowden in Maryland 1736; Henry Toulson in Maryland 1736; Samuel Hibbard in Maryland 1736; John Hall, John Charlsworth, William Revell, James Orme and Joseph Peach, in Antigua 1741; certificate 1742; John William Evans, Thomas Shaw, John Piece and Daniel France in Antigua 1743; James North, George Lowe, William Pemberton, William Anderson in Maryland, 1751
