(1) Deed of indemnity by the Pinxton Coal Company to Major-General John Talbot Coke, 24 Jun 1901: (2) Approval by the Workmen Cottages Company Limited to Messrs John Talbot Coke, Walter Salmond and George Coke Robinson, operating as the Pinxton Coal Company, as assignees, 9 July 1901: (3) Lease by demise by by the Workmen Cottages Company Limited to the Pinxton Company, of 137 dwelling houses, 28 Mar 1901: (4) Underlease by T.H. Oakes and others to the Pinxton Coal Company, Deed Soft and Deep Hard Coals under piece of land in the parish of Selston, 31 Dec 1901: (5) Lease by Francis Thomas de Grey, Earl Cooper and John Charles George, Earl of Mexborough to Messrs James Oakes and Company, of coal seams under land in the parish of Selston, 20 March 19853: (6) Licence by Francis Thomas de Grey, Earl Cooper and John Charles George, Earl of Mexborough to Messrs James Oakes and Company to underlease portions ofDeep Hard and Deep Soft Coals to the Pinxton Coal Company, 31 Dec 1901.
