For a messuage, farm or tenement with closes of land in Pinxton, formerly in the occupation of Jeremy Rhodes, Samuel Hodgkinson and John Salmon, and other closes, purchased by D'Ewes Coke from Godfrey Watkinson, of Brampton, and other lands in Pinxton Hill, yeoman. Term of 6 months, in consideration of 5 shillings.
