Description
Bequeathing buildings, lands and appurtenances in North Wingfield, occupied by Richard Wright, to his nephew Samuel Roth and his heirs. Lands at Harthill Moor with all stock and personal chattels to his nephew Geerge Rooth, and legacies of £10 to his nieces, Mary Tagg, Sarah Garratt and nephew William Rooth, of £5 to his nephew Alexander Rooth, and of £15 to his niece Elizabeth Rooth, and appointing Samuel and George Rooth as executors. Will made 23 March 1795, probate granted 13 Oct 1796
