| Description | Bequeathing house and lands at Smithy Moor, North Wingfield and Stretton, with rights and appurtenances and stock to his son, Samuel and his heirs, and houses and land to son John and heirs, and to his wife if John die without heirs, as long as she remained a widow, and then passing to Samuel's second son and his heirs and house-hold goods to his son John and appointing Samuel and John as executors.
