Betwwen (1) Joseph Nadin, Nathaniel Nadin, Arthur Higginson and Nathaniel Guy Nadin, all of Stanton and Newhall Colliery, coalmasters, and (2) William Worthington of Newton Solney, and John Richardson of King's Standing Needwood, Staffordshire, esquire, trusttes of the Burton, Uttoxeter and Ashbourne Union Bank, to make advances or otherwise give credit to J and N Nadin & Co., of 3 gardens, the remaining part of Matts Yard, Potatoe Piece, about 3 acres in Newhall, a share of mines and seams of coal under lands in Stanton, Newhall, Stapenhill and Hartshorne
