Description
Between (1) Joseph Nadin, Nathaniel Nadin, Arthur Higginson and Nathaniel Guy Nadin, all of Stanton and Newhall Colliery, coalmasters, and (2) George, Earl of Chesterfield of Bretby Park, of share in mines, beds of coal under lands in Stanton and Newhall of which the lessors are entitled to half as tenants in common with the lessee (giving bounds), for a term of 99 years from 29 Sep 1867, at the annual rent of £333 6s 8d, with 4d royalty on each ton of coal over 20,000 tons annually
