Description	Lease for a term of 99 years by George, Earl of Chesterfield of Bretby Park to Joseph, Nathaniel and Nathaniel Guy Nadin and Arthur Higginson, all of Stanton and Newhall Colliery, coalmasters trading as J and N Nadin & Co of mines, strata, etc of coal in Stanton and Newhall to which the Earl is entitled to half as tenant in common with the lessees (giving detail of the area bounds). With attached memorandum of the conveyance by the Earl of Carnarvon to Stanton and Newhall School Board of about 1 acre of land in Newhall reserving minerals under the land (19 Mar 1894) 1955
