4 items, comprising wayleaves by Messrs Lindley to J and G Wells Limited, 1 July 1879 and 15 June 1883, abstract of title of the Devisees in Trust of the will of the late Robert Lindley (back to 1874), 1887 and surrenders and admittance by the Trustees for J and G Wells Limited to the Trustees of the Killamarsh Co-operative Society of a close of land at Holbrook in the manor of Eckington, 23 June 1914.
