Between 6 parties, including Walter Justice of 6 Bernard Street, Middlesex gentleman, the Cracroft Trustees, the Bullivant Trustees and John Hall of Lansdowne House, Swadlincote. colliery proprietor, in consideration of £10,500, of properties as detailed in 2 schedules comprising (1) a messuage and lands in Swadlincote (125 acres) with mines, pits, engines, tithes, (2) lands in Heathcote or Harcote, parish Church Gresley (46 acres) tithes, with allotments in Ashby Wolds, and (3) various moneys. With plan annexed, including Swadlincote Old. Colliery.
