In consideration of £60, of a messuage, house or tenement, barn, fold and garden with parcels of land called the Little Grest and the Great Meadow, in Hasland, 4 acres by estimation, redeemable on the payment of 25/- on 29 September 1693, 25/- on 25 March 1694 and £62 10s. 0d. on 25 March.
Dated 25 March in the 5th year of the reign of William and Mary 1693
