Description | Indenture between (1) James Horseley [signed Horsley] of Westwood, county of Nottingham, farmer, and (2) John Bullivant of Langley, parish of Heanor, farmer. Concerning piece of land adjoining croft called Langley Croft (100 yards by 25 yards) and the turnpike road between Eastwood, county of Nottingham, and Heanor. In consideration af agreement for conveyance of two pieces of land (no sum recorded). Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of seisin. Parchment: applied seal of John Horsley. |
