Description
Between (1) James Booth of Pentrich, farmer, and Phebe, his wife, (2) Samuel Booth of Pentrich, farmer and Mary Anne, his wife and (3) George Askew of Alfreton, gentleman. In consideration of 10s in performance of agreement for the sharing of annuities. With loose certificate of acknowledgement of deeds for Phebe Booth, wife of James Booth, and Mary Anne Booth, wife of Samuel Booth, persuant, to the act of the abolition of fines and recoveries, etc, dated 3 and 4 William IV.
